TechLab

TechLAB is a unique, faith-integrated program at HCOS that combines ADST (Applied Design, Skills, and Technology), English Language Arts, and Christian Studies into one dynamic, project-based course. Students explore coding, robotics, electronics, and the engineering design process—while also reading novels, writing essays, and engaging deeply with biblical themes and ethical questions around technology. A highlight of the program is the Capstone Project, where students design a solution to a real-world problem, reflecting both their technical skills and a Christ-centered, outward-focused mindset. TechLAB offers a rich, hands-on learning experience that equips students to think critically, create with purpose, and live out their faith in a digital world.

It’s a chance to use your voice, share your ideas, and collaborate with like-minded peers who care about making a difference. Most of all, it’s a space where community comes alive and friendships are formed through shared purpose and creativity.
